TS Global appointed exclusive Australian distributor for new conveyor tracking range - Traksure
Australian-owned manufacturers join forces to eliminate belt misalignment and supply reliability across the mining and bulk handling sectors.
Australian conveyor product specialist TS Global has been appointed the exclusive national distributor of Traksure, a new Australian-designed conveyor belt tracking range purpose-built for the demands of the local mining and bulk handling industries.
The partnership brings together two Australian-owned businesses with a shared focus on delivering high-quality, locally supported solutions to an industry where equipment reliability and supply certainty are critical operational requirements.
Traksure was established after identifying a significant gap in the Australian market for a locally owned and operated tracking solution. Conveyor belt misalignment remains one of the most common causes of unplanned downtime across the sector, leading to material spillage, belt and structural damage, increased power consumption, and escalating maintenance costs.
Traksure General Manager Tim Slattery said that while established international suppliers service this segment, Australia has consistently been treated as a secondary market.

Traksure offers a streamlined product range that includes Tapered Trough Trackers, Flat Dual Return Trackers, Vee Dual Return Trackers, and Single Roll Flat Return Trackers, covering belt widths from 450mm to 3000mm across standard through to super-heavy duty applications. The product design eliminates guide rollers entirely, removing the belt edge damage risk associated with traditional tracking systems, and all rollers feature a fully sealed triple labyrinth bearing system capable of withstanding high-pressure washdowns and the most demanding site environments.
Slattery said the underlying technology has been refined over more than 40 years, with the range engineered specifically to meet the differing requirements of Australian operations -- from the extreme conditions of Pilbara iron ore mining to the strict compliance standards required for East Coast underground coal applications.
