The beauty of this is that it upgrades existing belt cleaning systems for minimal capital investment. The superior cleaning performance delivered by wet (as opposed to dry) systems is well documented and the Tuff Spray Bar is no exception. Split Clamp Mounting Bocks and brackets assures quick installation to vastly reduce conveyor downtime. Maintenance does not require removal of belt cleaners and its lightweight construction facilitates quick and easy removal. Additional benefits include prolonged service life of conveyor belt and cleaner tips. Used in conjuction with TUFF Water Control Units
