Enhanced Cleaning with Integrated Water Spray

The Spray Pole P Secondary Belt Cleaner is engineered to support comprehensive conveyor belt cleaning by combining secondary blade action with integrated water sprays to enhance debris removal and reduce wear on belts and components in demanding mining and bulk materials-handling environments.

Installed downstream of the primary cleaner, the Spray Pole P utilises a water control manifold to operate sprays incorporated within the main support pole. This water spray assists the cleaning action by suspending fine material, enabling the cleaning tips to maintain effective contact with the belt surface and significantly reducing the volume of carryback.

The incorporated water sprays also help reduce wear on conveyor belts, return rollers, and pulley lagging by acting as a lubricant between the belt and cleaning elements, contributing to longer component life and improved overall system performance

Key Benefits of the Spray Pole P Secondary Belt Cleaner

  • Performs secondary cleaning to remove up to 98 % of fines, returning material to the product flow and reducing loss.
  • Integrated water sprays enhance cleaning performance — particularly where sticky materials are conveyed — and can improve cleaner effectiveness significantly.
  • Stainless steel construction increases structural longevity and durability.
  • Water spray helps extend the service life of cleaner components and belt covers.
  • Available in multiple pole configurations to match conveyor speed, size, and duty requirements.
  • Supplied with bolt-on tungsten tips that can be selected by thickness to optimise performance and minimise maintenance costs.
  • Components are interchangeable with most major brands, supporting maintenance flexibility and parts availability.
