Enhanced Secondary Cleaning with Integrated Water Spray

The Spray Pole R Secondary Belt Cleaner is designed to enhance secondary belt cleaning performance by combining effective blade action with integrated water spray, supporting improved carryback control and reduced component wear in demanding mining and bulk materials-handling environments.
 
Used in conjunction with a primary belt cleaner, the Spray Pole R incorporates a water control manifold that operates sprays built into the main support pole. The water spray assists the cleaning process by helping loosen and suspend fine material on the belt surface, allowing the cleaner to maintain effective contact and deliver consistent secondary cleaning performance.
 
This combined approach supports reduced carryback while helping protect conveyor belts, return rollers, and pulley lagging from unnecessary wear.
 
The sprays are fully integrated within the support pole and play an important role in reducing residual material on the return side of the belt. By improving overall belt cleanliness, the Spray Pole R helps reduce spillage, improve housekeeping, and minimise safety and environmental risks around the conveyor.
