Manufactured from premium high-performance polyurethane, these liners conform to the belt profile to eliminate spillage paths and prevent belt damage commonly caused by traditional steel skirt systems.

To ensure efficient manufacture of products, we design and manufacture specialised moulding including single use polymer through to long-life aluminium moulds. These moulds can be designed to accommodate a range of inserts including plates, bolts, pins, wire/nylon ropes or other required materials. With an extensive range of custom-built polyurethane ovens, we are able to manufacture parts up to 6 metres in length, 4 metres wide and 1 metre high.
