New Pulleys 

TS Global designs and manufactures new conveyor pulleys engineered to suit the performance, duty and life requirements of each application. From high-tension drive pulleys through to standard head, snub, bend and tail positions, including both live and dead shaft configurations, every pulley is designed to deliver reliable performance, maintainability and long service life in demanding operating environments.

Each new pulley is supported by TS Global’s in-house engineering capability, including specialised design calculations, shaft and shell verification and detailed 3D modelling. This ensures the final design aligns with site conditions, load cases, duty cycles and installation requirements.

Construction methods, material selection, lagging options and documentation packages can be tailored to suit operational risk, performance expectations and project budget. This allows TS Global to deliver fit-for-purpose pulley solutions across a wide range of applications, from our Standard Pulleys for general applications through to our Elite Pulleys for critical conveyor systems.

Manufacturing is undertaken through TS Global’s Australian facilities and supported by an ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System. Controlled inspection, testing and quality assurance processes provide consistency, traceability and confidence in the finished product. Every new pulley is dynamically test run prior to shipment to verify performance, balance and operational integrity. Where required, a comprehensive Manufacturer’s Data Record (MDR) can be provided, including material certification, inspection and test results, dimensional compliance and quality verification documentation.
