Pulley Breakdown Services

TS Global provides breakdown services to support customers when unexpected pulley failures occur, helping restore conveyor availability safely and efficiently. Our integrated approach combines rapid assessment, engineering support and repair capability to minimise downtime and return critical assets to service as quickly as possible.

Services can include pulley removal, transport, strip and inspection, condition assessment, refurbishment and reinstallation. Following inspection, our team evaluates the extent of damage and recommends the most appropriate course of action based on pulley condition, operational requirements and shutdown constraints.

Where refurbishment is viable, accelerated repair programs can be implemented using TS Global's in-house engineering, machining and workshop capabilities. If replacement is required, we can provide engineered new pulleys designed to meet the original duty and operating requirements.

Following repair or replacement, pulleys can be returned to site and installed using practical, engineered handling methods, including the TS Global Pulley Lifting Beam where required. These solutions support safe installation practices, reduce manual handling risks and improve shutdown efficiency.
