The Retractable TUFF H Conveyor Belt Cleaner is a high-performance primary belt cleaner designed to reduce carryback, improve conveyor safety, and minimise environmental impact in demanding mining and bulk materials-handling operations.

Combining the proven performance of the TUFF H cleaner with the added functionality of a retractable cartridge system, this design delivers effective belt cleaning while simplifying maintenance and improving safety during servicing.

The Retractable TUFF H features a removable tungsten cartridge that allows belt cleaner components to be serviced or replaced efficiently. Rotatable spare cartridges can be prepared prior to planned shutdowns, helping reduce downtime and improve maintenance planning.

By allowing only the cartridge to be removed during servicing — while the structural pole remains in position within the chute — the retractable design significantly reduces manual handling risks and enhances overall site safety.
