Residual Fine Material Removal

The P Belt Cleaner is designed to be used as either a seondary or tertiary belt cleaner. Its function is to remove fine residue left behind after primary cleaning, improving conveyor cleanliness and reducing carryback in mining and bulk materials-handling applications. Secondary and tertiary cleaners work in conjunction with primary cleaners to deliver a more complete and effective belt cleaning system.
 
The addition of water to the secondary cleaner can improve performance and can remove up to 98% of residual fines, with recovered material returned to the product flow to help maximise material recovery.
 
Manufactured with a high-grade stainless steel structure and supplied with bolt-on tungsten tips, the cleaner is designed for durability and long service life. Components are interchangeable with most major brands, helping to reduce replacement costs where required.
