Enhanced Fine Material Removal

The TUFF P Secondary Belt Cleaner is engineered to remove fine residue left behind after primary cleaning, delivering improved conveyor cleanliness and reduced carryback in mining and bulk materials-handling applications. Secondary cleaners work in tandem with primary cleaners to provide a more thorough and complete belt cleaning system.

The TUFF P Secondary Belt Cleaner performs the final stage of belt cleaning by targeting the fine fines that remain after the primary cleaner has done its work. In typical applications, the P cleaner can remove up to 98% of fines, with removed material returned to the product flow to help maximise recoverable material.

Manufactured with a high-grade stainless steel structure and supplied with bolt-on tungsten tips, the TUFF P is designed for durability and long service life. Components are interchangeable with most major brands, helping to reduce replacement costs where required.

Configurable and Service-Focused Performance

The TUFF P can be installed with or without optional water sprays, depending on site requirements, and is available in multiple pole configurations to suit varying conveyor layouts. Independent shock-absorbing cushions provide constant tensioning, allowing tungsten tips to self-adjust to irregular belt contours and maintain effective contact without excessive wear.
