The TUFF R Secondary Belt Cleaner is engineered to remove residual fine material left behind after primary belt cleaning, supporting improved conveyor cleanliness and reduced carryback in demanding mining and bulk materials-handling applications.
 
Designed to work in conjunction with a primary conveyor belt cleaner, the TUFF R performs final cleaning by targeting residual fines that adhere to the belt surface after initial cleaning. The removed material is returned to the product flow, helping minimise material loss and maintain efficient conveyor operation.
 
Constructed with a high-grade stainless steel structure, the TUFF R is engineered for durability and long service life. It is supplied with bolt-on tungsten tips that can be selected by profile and thickness for better cleaning performance and reduced maintenance frequency
