The Torsion Vee Conveyor Belt Plough is designed to protect conveyor pulleys and belts by removing dislodged material from the return side of the conveyor belt before it enters the pulley.

By preventing material build-up on pulleys and return rollers, the Torsion Vee helps extend component life, improve belt tracking, and reduce unplanned maintenance in mining and bulk materials handling environments.

Designed to remove dislodged material to both sides of the conveyor, the Torsion Vee Conveyor Belt Plough balances durability, simplicity, and cost effectiveness, with a design that supports long service life and minimal maintenance in demanding operating conditions.

Manufactured with a high-grade stainless steel structure and supplied with bolt-on polyurethane blades, the plough is designed for durability and long service life. Components are interchangeable with most major brands, helping to reduce replacement costs where required.
