Conveyor Pulley Design & Modelling

Using specialised pulley design software, our engineers assess operating conditions across multiple load cases, including normal running, start-up and emergency stop scenarios. This allows worst-case loading conditions to be identified and ensures every pulley is engineered to meet the required duty, fatigue life and operational criteria.

Advanced 3D modelling and drafting capabilities enable the development of General Arrangement (GA) drawings and detailed 3D models, supporting design validation, procurement, installation planning and project execution. These models can be integrated into client drawing packages and digital plant environments, helping reduce project risk and improve coordination.

Beyond new pulley design, TS Global also provides engineering assessments, refurbishment evaluations and failure investigations for existing pulley installations.
