Services include shell reconditioning, shaft and hub repairs, lagging replacement, and dynamic balancing to ISO requirements. Refurbished pulleys are returned to site ready for reliable operation under full load conditions.

  • Dynamic Load Testing: Developed in collaboration with SKF, this advanced system replicates real-world operating conditions to rigorously test drive, tail, and bend pulleys under dynamic loads. Each pulley is assessed for structural
    integrity, balance, and bearing performance using detailed Vibration Analysis (VA) and Temperature Assessment (TA).
  • Pulley Lagging: Acting as a tough, wearresistant barrier, it absorbs friction and impact to minimise damage and cut maintenance costs. Enhanced belt tracking, consistent tension, and superior resistance to slippage, corrosion, and abrasion ensure reliable, high-efficiency operation
  • Design Services: Our system calculates normal, running, and start-up stresses, while advanced 3D modelling and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) allow every pulley to be virtually tested and optimised before manufacture.
  • Clean Room Assembly: TS Global’s dedicated clean room sets the standard for precision—providing a controlled,
    contaminant-free environment for assembling bearings and housings. By eliminating dust and airborne particles, we protect component integrity, prevent premature wear, and ensure peak performance and extended operational life.
