Why a Roller Carrier from TS Global?

The TS Global Roller Carrier has been designed to minimise safety hazards associated with carrying conveyor rollers along the conveyor. The use of the roller carrier ensures that the worker has a hand free to maintain 3 points of contact on stairs or gantries.
 
The unit is designed to accept 14 and 22mm Across the Flat (A/F) rollers and can be used by an individual or as part of a 2-person lift.
 
Balancing cost effectiveness with long life functionality makes this the ideal choice for your application.
 

Application

  • Used on all Flat Return, Vee Return and Trough rollers under 50kg with either 14 or 22mm A/F slots as an individual or up to 100kg as part of a 2 person lift.

Custom Poly Products

Our in-house engineering team allows us to provide clients with innovative and custom designed products for any application. To ensure efficient manufacture of products, we design and manufacture specialised moulding including single use polymer through to long-life aluminium moulds. These moulds can be designed to accommodate a range of inserts including plates, bolts, pins, wire/nylon ropes or other required materials. With an extensive range of custom-built polyurethane ovens, we are able to manufacture parts up to 6 metres in length, 4 metres wide and 1 metre high.
